The main driver of our complete processes, from beginning to end, is protecting our intellectual property. The forms of IP come in formulations, recipes, processes, ingredient list management, ingredient lists, and computerization.

We are seeking partners who are committed to financial investment and share our dedication to improving human and animal health. Qualified individuals will gain an initial understanding of our intellectual property (IP) through early discussions. To protect all parties involved, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) will be required. Once licensing agreements are formalized, the IP is fully protected, and the interests of both licensors and licensees are secured through the contract.
